Shirley Pierre Robertson is the President of the PRG. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Development/Human Services Administration.
As a Master’s prepared mental health professional with over 20 yrs of professional expertise, she is well respected as an international educator, business executive, conference speaker, retreat facilitator, mediator, communicator and counselor with a uniquely balanced view of Psychiatric/Mental Health and behavioral issues. She is also a Certified Professional Wellness Trainer with the Professional Woman Network.

MICHELLE HEWTON.

Michelle Hewton is a Social Worker and specialist in Human Potential Management. With over 18 years of experience in Assessment, Counseling, Recruitment, Group Training, Performance Management and Retention; Designing Training Tools and Program Planning and Evaluation; she is a skilled facilitator, educator and change agent.

SONIO R. BENT
MBA, BSc, BSN
Sonio Bent is the Operations and H/R Specialist. She received her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2002, her BSc. from the University of the West Indies and a BSN from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
Sonio started her career in teaching in 1987 and remained in that field until 1991. Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong self-starter, she possesses the skills to ensure efficient operations and quality staff mentoring/coaching. She champions process and systems improvements by initiating and driving changes that capitalize on accomplishments.

VLADIMIR LABOSSIERE
M.Ed., B.Ed.
Vladimir Labossiere is the Education and Behavioral Specialist. He holds a Bachelor and Master of Education and is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Development/Human Services Administration at Nova Southeastern University.
With several years experience in developing programs and educational plans for children with exceptionalities - especially autism, Vladimir is a seasoned professional in supporting students to accomplish academic goals and minimize the effect of their disability on their education outcomes. His specializes in “teaching the teachers” in order to impart frontline knowledge and experiences to better prepare them for the challenges they will invariably encounter.
